Mix the sweet potatoes and honey glaze in
a 2 quart microwave-safe dish. Cover with
a lid. |
2. |
Microwave on high
for 6 minutes. Remove from the microwave and
remove the lid. Mix the sweet potatoes until
they are coated. |

Return to the
microwave uncovered. Microwave for 6 additional
minutes. |
4. |
Remove from
the microwave and mix until the thickened
glaze evenly coats the sweet potatoes. |
